Pardon The Interruption...

Life has really pushed alot of things to the "back burner" here lately. Posting on this blog is one of those things. Hopefully, I can give a more detailed post in the near future. But, while life keeps rolling on The Lord keeps showing me this verse:

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything in prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
Phillipians 4: 6-7

3 hours

Think of all the things you can do in 3 hours. Here are a few things I can do in 3 hours:
Go to Sunday School and Church
Cut the entire yard
Go out to eat and to a movie with Husband
Get almost to Tallahassee by car
Clean my entire house and laundry

3 hours: The amount of sleep I got last night.

Today is my birthday. I thought it would be just another day until my wonderful husband got me a blackberry! 28 is great!
Btw....I just posted from my new "crack"berry.

Solo

Husband went back to work today. The seccond he walked out the door the bottom fell out. As I am typing this The May is on my lap crying because she wants some toy that The Belle took from her. The Belle is whining please hold me, I need you to hold me, I want you to hold me. I give it about 30 seconds before one of them wakes up The Lynn. Our trip to Target should be fun.

Too Fast

All 3 girls are growing so fast. I wish I had time to write down everything they are doing. But, here are a few things:

The Lynn is cutting 2 bottom teeth. I don't know what it is about babies with a big "gummy" smile but I love it. It makes me sad that she is getting teeth, becasue that just means she is going to look like a big girl soon. She is trying so hard to crawl. She has the cutest little scoot, if she could figure out how to move her arms she would get going. I know its just a matter of time and she will be off. She has really come into her own little personality.

The May was promoted last Sunday to the 3 and 4 yr. old Sunday School class. She was so excited to get to go with The Belle to a big girl class. She has started riding a big girl bike with training wheels. It is so strange to see her riding it. She just looks so little to be riding such a big bike. She may be little but her vocabulary is big. I sometimes forget that I am talking to an almost 3 year old.

The Belle can swim on her own. Her and Margo rode waves on their boogie boards during beach week. I was on edge the entire time she was in the water. But, she held her own. She doesn't look like a little girl to me anymore. She looks like a kid. It is so hard for me to fathom that I have a kid. I mean its one thing to have a baby, its even ok that I have 3, but for me to have a kid...sheesh. She is beginning to read. Ok so its words like: it, is, the, duck, and hen, but she is reading them. She gets so excited when she sounds out the word and then recognizes what it is. The first time she read the word "the" outloud she was beaming from ear to ear and well I was holding back tears. The two of us went to the store the other day and it was so wonderful to just walk out the door with out packing any snacks, diapers, wipes, or cups. She can actually walk down the aisle and I don't have to worry about her walking away or pulling things off the shelf. It seems just like yesterday I brought her home from the hospital. Man, time really does go by fast!

Ants

We are having a serious ant problem. Husband is spraying the house as I am typing this. The ants are in the strangest places. We first noticed them in the van. This morning I went to get The Lynn a diaper out of the diaper bag (which is located on top of the dryer) and I am not kidding when I say there was thousands of ants covering the bag. I have never seen anything like it before. As I threw the bag out the door I was attacked by at least 10 of them. The crazy thing is they aren't going after food. There was a cheerio on the floor completely untouched. What a nice welcome home gift...ants.

Beach Week

Beach week was a blast! I will sum up the week by quoting The Belle as we were packing to come home. "You know this house gave us some good times." I am already counting down until next year.
