All 3 girls are growing so fast. I wish I had time to write down everything they are doing. But, here are a few things:
The Lynn is cutting 2 bottom teeth. I don't know what it is about babies with a big "gummy" smile but I love it. It makes me sad that she is getting teeth, becasue that just means she is going to look like a big girl soon. She is trying so hard to crawl. She has the cutest little scoot, if she could figure out how to move her arms she would get going. I know its just a matter of time and she will be off. She has really come into her own little personality.
The May was promoted last Sunday to the 3 and 4 yr. old Sunday School class. She was so excited to get to go with The Belle to a big girl class. She has started riding a big girl bike with training wheels. It is so strange to see her riding it. She just looks so little to be riding such a big bike. She may be little but her vocabulary is big. I sometimes forget that I am talking to an almost 3 year old.
The Belle can swim on her own. Her and Margo rode waves on their boogie boards during beach week. I was on edge the entire time she was in the water. But, she held her own. She doesn't look like a little girl to me anymore. She looks like a kid. It is so hard for me to fathom that I have a kid. I mean its one thing to have a baby, its even ok that I have 3, but for me to have a kid...sheesh. She is beginning to read. Ok so its words like: it, is, the, duck, and hen, but she is reading them. She gets so excited when she sounds out the word and then recognizes what it is. The first time she read the word "the" outloud she was beaming from ear to ear and well I was holding back tears. The two of us went to the store the other day and it was so wonderful to just walk out the door with out packing any snacks, diapers, wipes, or cups. She can actually walk down the aisle and I don't have to worry about her walking away or pulling things off the shelf. It seems just like yesterday I brought her home from the hospital. Man, time really does go by fast!
